This place was pleasantly delicious. Had the BBQ Chicken Pizza and Cubano Sandwich; sandwich comes with a side, ordered the Caesar Salad. Shared both entrees. If I weren't sharing, I could probably finish the regular 10" by myself (although menu reads serves size 1-2). Everything had great flavor. The Cubano Sandwich is very filling and a little on the heavier side. Service is excellent! Looking forward to going back!

Came here for the first time for a school fundraiser. We liked it so much that we came back the next day for dinner. Highly recommend the Cubano sandwich. Great service and the vibe.

Always delicious pizza!! Every time we come we try a different pizza...plus extra crispy dough. This time the server/hostess was by herself and it was busy. She was great, a lot of running!

Fun place. Good food. Very nice young people serving. I wanted my Malibu and pineapple drink blended. It must not have registered. My pizza was not "wood fired " enough- onion raw and pepperonis almost cold. Too noisy in there to communicate with the servers. They are very accommodating tho! The bruschetta was outstanding! The spinach artichoke dip outstanding!!! I could have had seconds on that one!!! Please do something about that butter cake- dry and crumbly- needs to be much more moist. Great bar, I hear, beers from all over! Some live music. Check their website. Fun for family and friends!!!

The bbq chicken pizza and cilantro shrimp pizza are a mist try! So delicious, the menu is straightforward and they have several varieties of pizza toppings. The servers are always quick and helpful. Very great service and location.

Craftsman Woodfired Pizza is located in the Placentia Town Center between CVS and Marshall's. It's easily accessible and parking is plentiful. The inside is immediately inviting. The dim lighting and darker tables just give the whole place a cozy feel. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and our server was fantastic the whole time; she took the time to answer all of our questions and checked on us regularly. Today we ordered the steak and potato pizza and the slow cooked tri tip sandwich. Both were excellent! The pizza was actually what prompted me to wanna come here and it did not disappoint! The crust was light and fluffy and had just the right crunch. The meat & potatoes worked beautifully on this pizza with the chimichurri drizzle giving it the perfect finishing touch. The pizza AND sandwich selections all sound delectable and will definitely require return visits to try out more. And just a heads up, check in with Yelp and get 10% off your tab.

Craftsman is a great place for dinner or brunch on the weekend. We used to go to the one in Anaheim but since that location closed, we are totally willing to drive over to this Placentia location. The vibe is always great, lively but not loud. The last time we went with friends, they had a live band which was really cool.  The service has always been good and the food is consistent. You know what you are going to get... and what you are getting is really delicious American food. Our favorites are the Kramer Burger, the Titan Fries, and the Steak and Potato Pizza. For brunch then breakfast pizza is a must-have! All of the pizzas we've tried have been good and they usually have a really good beer selection.  There are a few TVs at the bar and we've never had to wait too long for a table. The restaurant is clean and has a warm and welcoming ambiance. We will be back (again and again).
